At the Taylor Communications-sponsored event, industry professionals will learn how to capitalize on the latest communications trends to differentiate the customer experience and drive growth. The day is designed for business executives, consultants, analysts and service bureau professionals who print, mail or distribute direct mail, invoices, statements, notifications or other communications via print, the web, social media and/or mobile.

Sessions will wrap with a panel discussion of industry experts moderated by Kemal Carr, President of Madison Advisors.
